Foster Farms is preparing for a new year of college recruiting.

We are seeking college graduates and 2nd year M.B.A. students to join the Foster Farms team.

The Management Training Program is an excellent way to start your career with Foster Farms. New employees will spend a year learning all aspects of the departments and afterwards go into their specific area. The training year allows for the new employees to acquire broad knowledge of the Company and their discipline.

Foster Farms will be visiting 9 colleges this year, attending Career Fairs, presenting at Information Sessions and conducting On-Campus Interviews. Please see the schedule below to see what colleges near you we will be visiting. We will be updating the schedule once the dates are confirmed with the colleges. We will be accepting resumes at Career Fairs and Information Sessions. To schedule an interview please contact the Career Services at the host universities.

After first round interviews at the respective colleges, selected candidates will be called back for second round interviews. These interviews will take place at our Corporate headquarters in Livingston, California.
